The participation is open on equal conditions to all person and companies specialized in the field. The tender Documents are found at MINICOM headquarters situated at KICUKIRO, Office N˚205, 2nd floor from 15/01/2009, upon presentation of non-refundable slip, equivalent to an amount of 10.000 Rfw deposited on account N˚110.00.00 opened in RNB.

The bids well signed, stamped, correctly dated and presented in four copies one of which is original and three copies marked “ORIGINAL” or “COPIES” as appropriate must reach the MINICOM, office N˚407, 4th floor not later than 12/02/2009 at 2:30 pm.

The interested bidders must present the following documents:

 The bid guarantee of 2% bids value delivered by Banks or registered insurance company;

 Certified copy of trading license;

 Original or certified copy of tax clearance certificate by Rwanda Revenue Authority;

 Original or certified copy of Social Security delivered by Social Security Fund;

Copies shall be put into an envelope called “inner envelope” this will be put into another one called “outer envelope” and clearly marked:
