Participation is open on equal conditions to all firms in the field. The detail of offer are found in Request For Proposals document available at MINICOM headquarters, office N˚205, 2nd floor, PO Box 73 Kigali-Rwanda, from 15/01/2009 upon presentation of a deposit slip of non refundable amount of 10,000 Rfw deposited on account number 110.00.00 in the National Bank of Rwanda.

Proposals written in English and/or French, signed, stamped and well sealed presented in four copies of which one original and three copies marked “ORIGINAL” or “COPY” as appropriate will be submitted to the office N˚205, 2nd floor of MINICOM not later than 13/02/2009 at 2:30 pm local time.

Tender opening will be in public and will take place in the meeting room, 4th floor, the same day at 3 am local time.
