Best employees awarded by MINICOM

KIGALI-As part of events to mark the 2012 International Labour Day, the Ministry of Trade and Industry awarded its outstanding employees. The event was held on 4th May,2012 at LEMIGO Hotel and presided over by the Minister of Trade and Industry, François Kanimba.

In his speech, the Minister recognized efforts made by all the personnel with the aim to deliver effectively and efficiently. “Let both of us work collectively towards much better services delivery” The Minister Kanimba said, adding that this should improve the quality of services the Ministry offers.

During the celebrations, ten best employees have been granted a certificate of recognition and one among them, MUKAGIHANA Lucie, was voted as the outstanding employee of the year and she was awarded an amount of 250,000 Rwf and a certificate of recognition too. The Staff also took this opportunity to discuss the existing challenges and the way forward.
